The founding team
The people of Aviora.
A small, dedicated team united by one idea: making the path to Italy clearer, more accessible and more human for international students.
Founder
Aliya
Founder & CEO · Project Lead · Italy Education & Relocation Mentor
Aliya started Aviora from a personal interest in Italy and a wish to build something more structured than a collection of scattered information.
She leads the vision and development of the project, oversees its educational and mentorship direction, and keeps it built around the real needs of international students.
Sofia Malykh
Co-Founder & Deputy Founder · Project Coordinator · PR Manager
Sofia organises the internal work of the project, coordinates initiatives and keeps different parts of the team moving in one direction.
As PR Manager she shapes how Aviora talks to its audience and builds a recognisable presence around its mission.
Daria Bashkova
Project Coordinator · Content Creator
Daria supports the day-to-day development of the project and the team’s coordination.
Through content she shows what studying, living and preparing for life in Italy really looks like, in a way that feels accessible and easy to understand.
And the team behind the team
The founding team is supported by developers, creatives and contributors who build Aviora behind the scenes. From technology and design to content, every contributor shapes the experience of the community. Aviora is growing, and its team grows with it.
One Team. One Direction.
From research and content to mentorship and community building, every part of Aviora is created with students and their real experiences in mind.
